Yea his banner was across the top of the home page and in the community. When you clicked on it, it took you to itunes to purchase his music.
New questions for you Matt:
1. If possible, could you post an official link to the song Jaheim has out with Ledisi?
2. Jah has been performing at different venues. What dates are considered for posting under "tour"?
3. This is just a suggestion: maybe another tab could be created for "possible sightings"

I too have read your reponses. Bottom line..it's just disappointing that our requests to hear from Jah has not taken place. There is someone at Atlantic Records that does in fact have contact with Jah.

2. Community issue:
The Member's board was changed. It went from "Most Active Fans" to "Fans"
The way it seems to be working now is.... anytime someone new joins, they appear on the board...... then move to the right then down as more enter.
This is actually kewl.
In my opinion, the entire community should be updated. Some type of new look.
The "Most Active Fans" sections needs to be brought back. Perhaps the current board could be cut in half.....
Newest fans section on top & Most Active fans underneath.
This is only a suggestion. There are many ways it could be tweaked.
3. @Ms. Victoria's comment:
I agree.... Jaheim doesn't/hasn't been to this site to address his fans in any way.
4. This leads me back to a popular discussion that was posted when this site first relaunched a year ago.....
What happened to the web chat with Jaheim if you order the major package that was offered & is still being offered?
I bought it...... yet no chat.
5. When I won the contest I was suppose to receive the deluxe version of his CD..... Well I didn't.
I sent several e-mails to jaheim music contest .... @gmail
I didn't get any response.
I didn't push the issue because I have soooooooooo many copies (that I paid for).
That is besides the point and I should have been given what was posted as a contest.

hi Matt, Thanks you doing what you do!!! I have a few questions that I wanted to ask. One is, Do you have direct contact or ever speak to Jah personally yourself concerning this site? Two is, Is there a reason why Jah don't ultilize this site as a mean of communication with his fans? I'm loving him regardless, but the questions are still there.
BTW, a few more things .
1. We want more merchandise in the store. Gesh, at least a keychain. Jah may not have anything in the works as you stated. However, his CD is still on fire & racking up award nominations & hopefully, 3 Grammys. I mean you must believe its still hot since youre still marketing it.
2. Have u told Jah that his fans on HIS site want to hear from him? At least, drop us a shout out in the chat room or post a message. Something to show us some luv.
3. Why isnt his upcoming performance dates on the site? Although he is not on tour, his fans should be informed of his upcoming concerts on HIS site rather than searching for it on youtube.

Ive been waiting patiently & quietly for the last 6 days. Both qualities are not my best virtues. Although u have logged on during such time, you still have not responded to Nik Nik & Matureones questions. Did u not receive their post? I wonder whom actually receives our inquiries sent to u as well as the webcrew cause it seems that no one on your end takes the time to respond in a prompt manner and in some cases, never responds. Out of professionalism and at the very least common courtesy, we deserve to heard rather than ignored.

Who is responsible for the shake up on the community page? I am not trying to cause trouble with his other fans but there are some of us who sign on regularly to converse. We have in the past been rewarded with our placement on the top rows of the community page. Now, some of us have disappeared. What's the purpose in this???? I feel disregarded and disrespected.
